Worker definition: Person who carries out work for an employer.
EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE DEFINITION: PERSON THAT USES A WORKER’S SERVICES.
KRANING’s worker trainings are custom made to comply with the employer’s obligation as per the Canada Labour Code (R.S.C. (1985), c. L-2) and the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety (chapter S-2.1).
All KRANING’s training can be accompanied by an engineering report on the working procedures & techniques as well as methods and techniques intended for the identification, control and elimination of risks to the safety or health of the workers.
